@MrCloudgem thanks and the switch is a little difficult at first but u will get it...all it is, is u got to slide to the back of ur head then extend ur arms and shoulders creating kinda like a rubberband like move with ur body...soo remember slide to the back of ur head...chin to chest...and extend...if it helps let me know x_bboy eric_

you have any tips to transfer hands from headstand to back? BTW the headhollow was dope :D

hey may i ask when i do the double legged headhollow my feet and whole leg are bended any tips??
