My ex had a tantrum and threw glasses and one hit me ‘by accident’ really hard. He was throwing them behind him. There is a bruise on my hip as a result of it. When I try to sleep on my left side every night it hurts and is a reminder to stay strong and stay away. If a guy starts throwing things that is a warning sign of more abuse to come, please don’t let it get to where I let it get to.
I had a bruise one week ago now it is completely gone so what I’ve done : 1.iced it everyday 2.put on retinol (vitamin c) cream on it and then I put toothpaste on top -this completely faded my bruise in two days ( the longer you leave it on the better ) I left it on for about 12 hours then put ice then reapplied) Edit: only put toothpaste for overnight because it will open the bruise If you leave it on for too long and it will end up being a wound
i have a couple questions . 1. how long did you leave the ice on everyday ? 2. i don’t believe i have retinol can i just do the toothpaste & ice? 3. i have the bruise on my eye can i do this on my eye?
I had two bruises around my right eye, one just above the brow and one under the eye. I used the back end of a comb since the comb bristles would hurt. I used ointment to lubricate it so it did t tear up my face. It worked pretty well!!
I got bruises while fighting my classmate. He bit in my hand and there is a huge bruise and in return I gift him a bruise in his lips. I hope his parents would Complain it. He started the fight anyways he desereved it....

I keep banging my leg up on things and my left leg has two nasty bruises on it. One since October 2022 and the other is a week old. I hope doing these things helps.

I have a blood disorder...I always have a bruise somewhere...this helped... except for the cayenne pepper because I'm allergic to pepper anybody that uses that should do a patch test first. How long before the bruise disappear using these tips?
If your bruise is red and has blood accumulated, take a sterile needle or pin, puncture it and let the blood run out. Pains will disappear and healing occurs immediately ..I did this on toes, fingers, legs or anywhere where I get hit and blood accommodates...this avoid black/blue blood
I fell tonight when a weak wood step broke, It made a knot on the front of my leg with purplish & red colors. I'm icing it now with an icepack. I will try taking in some vitamin C. I think I will skip the red pepper tip tho. I seen somewhere Epsom salts may help when using it to soak in after first applying ice to the bruises for 2 days. Then start soaking in the Epsom salts. I'm diabetic and bruises and cuts heal slow with me usually.
Tex 😂😂😂 Silly, I was just joking 🤣🤪. Dr advised me to use cold compress to reduce swelling then on fourth day to use warm compresses to reduce bruising. My bruising has all cleared now. I was just wanting to know if the healing of the bruising can be accelerated lol. Of cos no 🌶. Onward and upward for more beautiful eyes. 🤩 Thanks! 💕
I dropped a metal can of disinfectant spray on my foot it hurts so bad, I was in a lot of pain felt nausea and like I was going to pass out my big toe area is bruised. That'swhat I didn't do when I should have done this cat putting ice on there but I'll make sure I'll do it today and I'm going to try to cayenne pepper as well
I did the kylie Jenner lip thing as a date from my friend and my lips were bruised they were purple and I was trying everything and the comb got rid of the purple lips in minutes
