I was diagnosed with MS at 16, and going vegan/wfpb has completely saved me. I haven’t had a symptom in years 🙏🏻 this was so refreshing to watch and help reassure me that what I’m doing is right.

Great, congrats! I told my wife's best friend to ditch the meat and dairy and to do int. fasting and get some quality vit D and K2, plus multivitamins and after two months her T2D is gone. She is off of insulin... Plants do wonders.

I've had MS for 35 years. I quit smoking, ditched Avonex, then Betaseron and the rest. I exercise almost every day and have minimal symptoms. Love my fruits and veggies and I'm reducing animal protein with the goal of eventually becoming vegan. Great episode!

This is inspiring and I’d be very interested to hear how long it took for you to feel well. I haven’t eaten meat or dairy for six years but only gave up fish recently. My condition has definitely deteriorated but I live in hope that I will see a difference. I’m now 61 and I feel that I may have left it too late.

I've had MS since 2005. I was on Copaxane the first three years. Then I started following the Wahl's Protocol (my neurologist scoffed). Seven years later, I don't have any new scars. (my neurologist was shocked). Now I'm seeing Code Blue and this interview and I'm going to try a WFPB diet. This is very inspiring. Thank you.

I’m so grateful to not be diagnosed with MS till this year. There is so much information available now. My first step was to change my diet to strict WFPB NO! And I will never look back!

My heart is breaking for this woman. This is so close to what I'm going through....my best wishes for this lady. Ur very brave and so open minded. .....I was also told I would be in a wheelchair. 😟. My kidneys finally failed after taking a tons of poisonous medications, when I got home from the hopital I threw ALL of the meds away.

We CAN heal the world but our government MUST stop subsidies to known health hazards AND must recommend that all physicians practice Lifestyle Medicine. 🌱

I was walking around the lake like everyday and one day I could not make it and I had to drag my leg home. Lots of lesions on my brain in MS area and also two in my spine. I am on kisempta injections once a month but I feel like I have gotten worse over these sixth months. I also was told to inject before bed. I am a CNA and getting harder to walk. I cant sleep but I take no other meds.

Dr Stancic, have you had any luck with life style medicine on patients with hep c with cirrhosis? I’m wondering if there is hope for me. I have no insurance therefore not able to get treatment. Therefore, Im suffering. I want to live longer for my children and grandkids.

You should start with what MS you have..you cannot heal MS..if u got a primary progressive MS .or if you have secondary progressive MS there's nothing you can do about it... having a relapsing remitting MS what she said it might work...but giving hope to people like that it's terrible...I don't deny that a healthy diet may improve your MS but definitely not like the way she is saying..I mean good for her for overcoming RRMS but again not for SPMS and PPMS...
@justinm2885
@justinm2885 2 года назад
Are you familiar with Dr wahls? She had primary progressive and was already wheelchair bound. and has now runs marathons barely any symptoms and has been on the doctor's and other television shows discussing how she did it.
@JanaScholten
@JanaScholten Год назад
It's all about what you believe. If you believe you will be sick, you will. It's not just about the diet. Yes, diet and lifestyle make a huge difference, but mindset is the biggest challenge. And healing past-based traumas and forgiveness all make a difference in recovery. I healed from MS and am in benign status. Dr. Terry Wahls had progressive MS and no longer has it. Anything is healable if you believe it is. You choose your future. Namaste!
@noname-ea
@noname-ea 8 месяцев назад
Who exactly told you that and why have you chosen to subscribe to this "idea"? Because that is all that it is! An idea. You believe it, and therefore you create a reality based in it. Or you could just chose to believe that your body wants to heal and most certainly can if only you provide it the right tools.
