Wow thank you, I was just looking for a good method for detailed prints, most creators show show prints with large flat surfaces that are easy to sand, but I was looking for detailed prints. Good to know that this filler works good!

Lower layer height will make that easier. Print in photo at 0.08mm layer height.

Too much work. Give some coat of uv resin (the same as the sla printer) and sand between each coat.

Can you make this work on larger, multi-part items, such as a coin funnel, for example?
@DoasIDo1
@DoasIDo1 4 дня назад
Yes, of course. The larger the object, the better this method will work. If the object is small, the detail may be lost.

Your projects came out looking very nice. One word of advice, wear gloves when doing that type of work/repair because no matter how clean you thing your hands are they still have body oil on them. Yes, you used wax and grease remover but you still touched the surface with bare hands then primer/painted, a big NO NO!
@DoasIDo1
@DoasIDo1 11 дней назад
Yes, you are right, but I find it very uncomfortable to work with gloves.

@@DoasIDo1 Have you tried it with Isopropanol? From Time to time I completely wash my plate with normal kitchen soap. Between this, I use Isopropanol to clean the plate. Since I do this, I don't have any problems with sticking to the plate.
