The north arrow on Revit sheets and titleblocks is usually a pesky thing to deal with and is resolved with duplicate titleblocks. In this video, I explain how to hide the north arrow with an instance parameter OR with a Dyanamo script that separates the sheets that have the word "plan" in it. All the plan sheets retain the north arrow, and it's hidden on all the others. You can download the north arrow families and script here:

This is very useful, thank you for sharing! I have a recommendation that has been a long time problem in Revit - tagging and referencing detail views from floor plans or enlarged plans. I often find it a time intensive task to tag a model element and then setup a view reference to link it to it's associated detail view. Do you think there is a way to create an annotation tag that automatically comes with a view reference that is linked to it's detail view? Or perhaps do you have a recommendation for a dynamo script that could speed up this process?

Thanks, Corey! I usually add the referencing view to the view title. I'll post a video and free download link to the family on my BIM channel by Monday: ru-vid.com/show-UCY4k-AwLrEGGqnzEP5Fm0eA. Thanks for the question!
