FYI for all, I installed the unpaid "Disable REST API" plugin, activated it, and it worked automatically. It by default disables the api info for Unauthenticated Users, as for the rest it allows it. You can manually change each type of user.

by trhe way if you disabled rest API you can use any CRM or 3pr app to push or call data from WP like order fulfillment?

So many crm and other application using rest api without a admin login so if disabled rest api it will not work for all of them
