Make WordPress site look like a regular site. WordPress is not secure. You have to take security steps to make WordPress secure. One important step is to make WordPress look like NOT WordPress. Make it hard to guess in which tech stack site has been built. Hide all traces of WordPress. Hide login page, hide wp and related folders from source code. You can do that easily. Visitor won't know that site is built with WordPress. If we see source code for any WordPress site, we can see:
-WordPress Themes Directory and Theme Name
- wp-includes directory
- wp-admin directory
- wp-content directory
- uploads directory
All of these indicate that this it is a wordpress based site. Also anybody can scan the site and find out which theme or plugins are you using. A business WordPress site or a business using WordPress based website should really hide that information about WordPress. Go to plugins and install 'WP Hide & Security Enhancer'. Change settings and hide or mask everything that gives away WordPress information. You can even mask information that will show that this website is built in any other technology rather than WordPress. This is easy way to completely hide your WordPress core files, login page, theme and plugins paths from being shown on frontend.
