In Excel we alwasy struggle with focusing on active cell especially while working on huge data with a lot of rows, columns and numbers.
In this Excel tutorial we will discuss that how we can get rid of this issue. As in Excel, by default the active cell is not so prominent. So in few seconds we can enable the setting that will keep highlighting our active cell. This will increase our efficiency in work and reduce chances of mistakes or errors too.

Undo and redo functions are disabled after creating this macro. Is there a way to enable them again, and still be able to highlight the active cell?

After I finish my work, I close this Excel sheet. Then I open it again later, in that time the Highlight Active Cell format doesn't work. So, what's the permanent solution in this case?

Hi when do this changes through vb and make some changes in the sheet, it doesn't perform plain ctrl+z kinda functions

Great info, but wish it didn't delete the color of the cell after you select it. It wont go back to previous color.
