Thank you for the EMP tip! Was taking over the FND 2nd armored division and Dani said something about taking the tank, but there was someone inside it already. Luckily I had sticky EMPs on one of my other supremo's. Paused the game, switched to it, took the tank and got the extra points for securing the vehicle when I took the base over. I honestly was about to give up and destroy the tank. Glad I saw this video!

Thanks for creating and sharing this very informative guide. There is an awesome method to take over a tank occupied by 2 soldiers (gunner in turret also) undetected. I was doing an Insurgency that required the takeover of FND 2nd Armored Division military outpost. The mission coordinator asks for the player to also secure the tank as a bonus resource. I had cleared the base but a Tanker and a Gunner hopped in right at the end before I had nearly stealthily secured the base. I racked my brain thinking how to accomplish taking over the tank and ensuring I still obtained the stealth takeover bonus. My solution? Triador and La Varita. I swapped in the Triador backpack, equipped La Varita and popped Triador's supremacy function. La Varita shot them both dead in the head, and I laid this mission to bed with my stealth bonus intact.

instead of using an EMP you can use the UDAR in your car so that you can crash the tank or hit or whatever you name it anyway with that item in your car you stun the tank and then take it ez is that simple is my english is bad i'm sorry

Trick: If you use a bow with emp arrows like I do shoot the tank once and then again once you are on top of it, otherwise it will be tricky to get the prompt in time. The tank will move and you will be thrown off.

I'm having a little trouble comprehending what I'm doing wrong. I tried using an EMP grenade and the sticky EMP grenade. I'm only a couple of feet away from the tank when it goes off to disable it, but as soon as I climb up top of the tank and try to hijack it, the tank is no longer disabled. So are you only given like 1 or 2 seconds to get it done? Is it a bug I'm dealing with? Or are EMP grenades useless against tanks? I cannot find any answers to my problem, so any help would be much appreciated. I'm really getting sick and tired of the enemy's stealing my tank just because I get out for a second to repair it. I have to be able to repair my tank and get back into it, otherwise I cannot survive going up against a tank, a helicopter, and a bunch of soldiers who are trying to kamikaze me all at once. Please 🙏 help.
