@@TravisMarziani Yes, Travis. I am trying to get my website sorted as I want to diversify my income before quitting work to go full-time. I currently earn around 4k pm from RU-vid, but the website allows me to sell me=y courses and things when I get around to filming them. The issue I have is I have 104 articles published and another 73 in a draft. I need help editing those and making them live and for other jobs that will allow me to create more content to allow me to leave work quicker. I have a lot of social channels, too, so there would be plenty of work.

Had a great year selling FBA in 2019 and the first half of 2020 and then my biz tanked (no new inventory sourced) so I'm working on a pivot and seeing what might be the next best viable path to follow. I've been wanting to get a VA for a long time but have been feeling super intimidated by the process. Your info is really clearing a lot of the fog and helping me to understand how to get started.

I know you don't really recommend this but my plan is to start with POD, then possibly add some other dropshipped products and ultimately launch my own product(s)--all in the same niche. That way, by the time I launch my own product I have an intimate understanding of my audience, have built up a social media following and fine-tuned my marketing and design skill sets. What do you think?

​@@TravisMarziani No I have not. I do a lot of things myself for the moment. I read a book: The Laptop Millionaire: How Anyone Can Escape the 9 to 5 and Make Money Online by Mark Anastasi. It was when I was introduced to the notion the first time. The 4 hours Work Week might have talked about it too I am not sure. Although I value the first book a lot, you are the first one that went into details about the subject that I have come across so I think you deserve the praise. As for me, I like to run my business myself and perform the tasks I can perform, perform them myself. That allows me to lower my expenses and give a chance for the business to start generating positive revenue. In the mean time I like to document the process of accomplishing tasks so that it can become a manual to train new hires later or to allow my team to know how to solve issues without me being in the office. Or when I delegate to an contractor I know what to provide and what to expect. I think my problem is I have business and management degrees and acknowledgement in business taxes. It makes it hard to delegate what I am trained to do even though it doesn't generate revenue and takes time but is necessary to avoid IRS headache later. In your video your explanation showed me that overtime, things I could let other people do. That is a great video. thank you for sharing. I wish you great success with your business.

@@TravisMarziani Not yet, I am starting a youtube channel at the end of this month, but as soon as possible(the channel start to make money) I intend to hire one VA to manage social media e boost engagement and marketing, I hate that kind of stuff, prefer to focus on the content, but I'll train the VA to annotate the construct criticism ideas, and the doubts for me personally reply.

@@TravisMarziani I did but apparently he kinds lied about what he knows how to do. He had gotten my listing suspended because he didn't know how. So right now I am figuring out if I want to give him a chance to prove to me he can learn it and do it or let him go.

Came back to this and completely forgot to update. I went to Bali and actually met my current team out there by complete way of the world. Have kept my documents for future use though!
