Your insight into how the world is hiring freelancer gave me motivation to push my creativity to the world differently. It’s nice to see that people will hire the freelancers / small firms to make their creative decisions and actions 👏
Yes, That's true! Which is why freelancers always cost more that full-time in-house people - because we have to pay for all our own benefits and infrastructure (office, computers, softwares, etc etc)! And when we hire freelancers for ourselves - we fully understand that they have to do the same.
