Tennis coach cody! Can you please do a video on how to select a tennis racquet?? I use an old outdated Head Prestige & want to know what I should be thinking about when shopping for a new racquet. I want to hit with a lot of power and top spin but I'm getting old so I don't want it to be too heavy. Some things I have questions about are racquet head size, weight distribution in the racket, and racquet flexibility and how these would impact my tennis game. Thanks in advance, you rock!

코디~ 다른듯 같은, 같은듯 다른 테니스와 배드민턴의 차이를 떠올리며 영상을 보니까 더 재밌는 것 같아요. 이건 다소 미세한 이야긴데, 테니스도 배드민턴과 같이 타구 시점에 라켓이 밀리지 않도록 가져야하는 습관, 매커니즘의 이해가 있어야 할 것 같아요. 예를들면 라켓을 던지듯 쳐라, 라켓의 무게로 타구를 해라, 라켓을 뿌리듯 쳐라.. 이런식의 코칭이 의도하는 것 말이죠. 혹시 그런 내용도 레슨해주실 수 있나요? Cody~ It's fun to watch the video while thinking about the difference between tennis and badminton. This is a bit of a detail, but I think tennis, like badminton, should have an understanding of the habit and mechanism to keep the racket from falling behind. For example, throw a racket, hit a ball under the weight of a racket, throw a racket like a spray. What this kind of coaching is intended for. Could you make a video of about that? (Badminton often refers to batting with the power of the resilience of the racket)

You are welcome! Thanks for your comment. Try letting the toss drop over your head, then swing up on the ball with your shoulder then forearm then relax and use your wrist!
Hi its great lesson for me I have a question, when I hit the ball of bottom as like you said, it goes too high to the sky with low speed of the ball... should I hit the ball sooner at the higher height of toss ?
Hi there, thanks for commenting. The contact point needs to be at 7 o’clock then use your wrist to roll around the ball to 2 o’clock. To get power start your swing with your shoulder then engage your wrist once you feel the ball. Be loose with your wrist and accelerate.
