I'd rather he starts from #1 mistake as well, like you listed. However, since you're listing "MISTAKES", your #3 should be "Not from ground up", and #4 "No fluid drop", and #5 "No 90 degree arm bend".

You’ve produced the best forehand tips, in a condensed video, that I’ve yet seen. And I actually appreciate the hand gestures, as they help accentuate the points you’re making - so please disregard any negativity. Appreciate this video SO MUCH! Thanks bro!

I guess you did not enjoy this video since you chose to focus on grammar. The punctuation in your post is non-existent. And, your statement is incorrect. from Grammarly - There is nothing wrong with starting sentences with “and,” “but,” or other similar conjunctions. You may, however, encounter people who mistakenly believe that starting a sentence with a conjunction is an error, so consider your audience when deciding to structure your sentences this way.

I really liked the Drill #2. Gripping a racket with only 2 fingers and the thumb. Yeah, I'm gonna try that! Also, ALWAYS remember that none of these tips mean a thing without being in position to hit the ball in the first place. Footwork is key!

I ve been playing tennis for years I watched top many videos I always struggle and I see those guys who played since they were kids how there is a magic when they are hitting the forehand . The magic that I was not able to understand until I watched this video. Really great great great videos !!!

Wow! Your video likely fixed my major forehand issue! I used to do unit turn pretty fine up to the 90 degree elbow, but then I would be out of focus and started feeling awkward from there. The end result was 1) my arm was never stretched enough and I swung mostly using my forearm; 2) my flow-through always felt like an after thought instead of natural; 3) besides lacking power, I could not hit natural topspin and had to consciously swipe my forearm which worsened my “arm not stretching” problem. After watching your video, I realized that a conscious “extending arm” thing must be there after my unit turn and before my swing. So instead of losing focus and thinking about aiming the ball or swiping for topspin, I now focus on the “extending arm (after proper unit turn with 90 degree elbow)” and enjoy the whipping feeling brought by subsequent swing. Immediately my forehand swing became natural with better swing path, more power and topspin. And because I can now hit balls further away from my body (arm extended), I feel less in hurry and can position my body even better! (Yes, it’s all about “No. 2” tip as someone commented here! ) I can see that many older players like me had the same issue in their forehand swing: swing more with forearm, unnatural follow-through, always hit ball late and too near body side. On the other hand, young players seem never forget hitting balls “away from body”, and often seem “exaggerate” their arm extension and swing (I once mistakenly thought that they intentionally move their racket head back, but now I know it’s the result of extending their arms from 90 degree elbow unit turn position and then swing). I think maybe it’s because when people learn tennis as adults, they start playing “real balls” too soon instead of progressing with practice balls. The result is that less reaction time force them to focus on aiming the ball and hit safer instead of preparing swing with the best form. So practicing your tips with practice balls like “green dot balls” to strengthen muscle memory may make some sense.

Nice video man. I started playing all the racquet sports in high school and sometimes used strategies from one in another, even when not really appropriate...an example, often in squash I would finish a shot in A lunge position on my front foot where the power was generated more in the arm and wrist. In the tennis context that strategy would cause chronic hip soreness. I had to train myself out of it to drive from my back leg through contact with the ball and then on to my front.
