I hold my pen the same way you do and I had people tell me I don’t hold my pen correctly! I used to get good grades for my penmanship ( back when we were graded on that😂) so my pen grip must be okay! 🤣
I'm a teacher and you should hold your pen the way that is comfortable for YOU. 😊 My son used to hold his pen/pencil between his index and middle finger and I've seen 40 year olds hold their pens that way too. Not a problem! ☺️

I never observe how I hold pens or if I move my wrist or arm. I have no idea. But watching a whole video on it made me super focus on her hand the whole time where I just would call her grip a death grip. I have no idea what her grip might actually be called but that’s what I would call it. Looks painful to be her pens. Made me wonder if I have a death grip too and never noticed.
