How to Hold the Violin or Fiddle Comfortably - Fiddle Technique 

Well . . . very good advice . . . I am an old guy that plays mandolin . . . love to be able to play the fiddle, all my ancestors did, my exact problem is holding and getting a bowing I am happy with. I think it's because I always played guitar and mandolin, kind of hard elevating my bowing and vision. Love you guys . . . just listened a few more times to Hills of Mexico. Cheers.

I needed to hear this. After playing for an hour or so my body is exhausted and my back sore. I certainly don’t want to get to a point where I’m doing injury to myself.
