Hi there, with covid a few years ago they made a change for the Arizona Ethical Hunters Course where you can gain the extra bonus point for all species. Prior to that you did have to do an in person field day. That is no longer the case, it can now be done entirely online, you still have to pay the $300 nonresident fee or $150 resident fee. For traditional hunters education in order to hunt any state you would have to complete a hunters education course.
Hi there, I might follow up here just to clarify, only one hunt permit-tag may be surrendered, per species. If an applicant is drawn in the future for that particular species, that hunt-permit tag must be used, expending all accumulated bonus points. Only then may an applicant participate again in PointGuard Plus (and PointGuard).

UUGGGGG>...i just realized i missed the deadline for Arizona which was yesterday....DANGIT. Did I just loose all of my accumulated points in Arizona, or did I just sacrifice the Loyalty bonus point only?

Nope. Just make sure you have enough money for the tag on your credit/debit card during the draw period. If you get drawn and your card has issues, they’ll just move on and draw another person in your place. Happens to people every year
