it's a Hexclad pot, they have a fine mesh of stainless steel slightly raised above the non-stick part and you can use metal utensils in them. that said, they are very pricy and not worth the money

If I saw a steak like that, I would try it, and probably spit it out of my mouth because that all looked so disgusting! Like why is it drenched and so dark? The presentation was so ughhhh! Looks like the first steak I ever cooked with butter tbh. Butter burned that steak and that steak was burned in general. what a waste of good steak.

It’s well done, which works well with the flavors here imo, but it’s up to everyone who cooks it. If you make the recipe make it medium rare or rare if you like.

It’s a lot easier to control the internal temp if you sear it on high heat first and then stick it in the oven until it reaches an internal temp between 218-225
Bro I’m not even kidding this is the EXACT meal I cook for women. I can cook a lot. But when I want to impress this is my go to. And some castle back potatoes. They’re fancy looking but easy.
