Every video you put out really just highlights the bad Ive been doing in my life, simple things like grooming and dressing nice didnt make me think "ohh everytime I doing this boosts my confidence so Im gonna keeping working on it" dude, I honestly since you've been on fresh and fit Ive been listening and started to really invest in myself to look my best, baby steps for sure but Im moving in, next steps I need to take is make a lot more money and head to the gym, you really are like a big brother teaching us how to improve its just mindblowing to me.

That first one has been heavy on my conscience lately.. basically whatever my apathetic self wants to do, I try to do the opposite. Life is options. When I get home from work I have the option to sit down and scroll or figure out what needs to be done and hit it. The flesh will always want the easy road and, in a sense, that makes it easy to choose the opposite. Just choose the thing you don’t want to do and embrace the suck in it.
