if u have over weight u will have over sweat problem some times apart from workingout time if u sit in cool atmosphere u may get over sweat but this will go away in a month if u do this regularly

I am getting cold with sneezing and running nose when I woke up early in the morning mam. Even I couldn't do breathing exercise in the morning because of frequent sneezing.
