Really a fan of yours. When i started finding my job in BPO, I always watched your vids abt the interviews. It was a great help. Already landed a job in BPO for 2 years now. Thank you a lot.
Thank you so much Ms sheena❤ This was really a big help. I always adore how you speak like a native speaker . But yes it takes a lot of practice to get there .
I like how Candace speaks, unlike those other call center agents that speak so quickly that it makes them difficult to understand, sound robotic or cold. Blurting words quickly doesn't equate to speaking and communicating in English well.
Hi ate, I'm very thankful for your videos, I will have my onboarding next month and your videos really helped me to pass the process and assessments before application and even though it is my first time in the BPO industry, I am looking forward to having positive results and be more confident and prepared...ALL of your contents were AMAZING
Thankyou so much . I am having 3 years of experience of customer service.but recently I lost my job and now it's really hard me to get job again I am getting feedback regarding vocab , pronunciations, grammar and it's heart wreching for me by getting these feedbacks so m preparing for interview kindly help me.. You are just angle for me i applied while when I was working .and now I want to again get selected.
i kept failing up until right now but i know that those failures would not be the hindrance for me to keep trying, babalikan ko tong comment na to when i get hired.
How are you now? One month ago when i started to apply on a call center, and i failed twice but luckily on my third times i get hired! Because of these videos.. It helps me a lot.
I still feel frustrated since this is my first BPO and... its not easy but well. Im gonna keep moving forward. Thanks for the advise. I actually feel its the perfect guide.
good day mam I'm new in learning in English word and how to be fluent in English, I'm starting to watch all of your video hope you will upload more coz i want to be an call center agent thanks for all your tips and advice it really helpful to me..
I really appreciate with you 're videos which is very helpful especially for the newbies applicant for a call center agent....thank you for nice great videos....
Despite having over 1 year of experience in call center/BPO, as well as having studies and certificates I got rejected for multiple roles for having a heavy accent. (People would describe me as someone with an slavic/russian accent, despite being from latin america) Honestly, there's NOTHING more important for the BPO industry than improving your accent and I had to learn that the hard way. Fortunately, there was a recruiter that saw value in me and now I use my free time outside of work to speak with natives as well as practice my pronunciation. Thank you for all the advice, Ms. Sheina.
Honestly, having to neutralize your accent is kinda depressing. I speak 4 languages fluently, as well as having basic knowledge on a 5th one. yet my account manager had me take several courses on accent neutralization because some MONOLINGUAL karen who barely speaks english wants to speak to "someone in america". 🙄🙄🙄
@@cecille2341 It’s hard for Aussies to catch my Filipino-American accent, it’s frustrating sometimes so I have to try my best to copy their accent so it’s easy for them to understand me. -undestand -caa -doo
Ako lang ba ang nakolbaan??? highschool grad lang old curriculum unya naminyu na😂😂gitay an ng utok hehehe..no bpo experience pero laban lang....balikan koni nga video f unsay dagan sa ako interview 😅
It is not CC related but can you help me ? what should i put on my educational background in cv if i've dropped out of college and only attended 1st semester?
Salamat
This is probably irrelevant to the interview but can you please give me like interview questions when it comes to KPIs like what would they ask in a call center job interview about KPIs? Please i have an interview soon and i would love to get some examples just so i know how to answer.. also i didn’t find much videos about this! Can you link some for me to view?
Thanks to you Ms I learned so many things when I started my BPO journey, I wonder if you can make a video about a Virtual Assistant Interview, Q&A tips and guide, huge thanks.
Thank you Ms. Sheina, when I applied for a BPO Job last year (2023) your videos helped me a lot esp. during the interveiws, up to final interview and got hired. Now I'm working as a CSR for more than a year and I continue to watch your videos to improve on my tone of voice, how to build rapport, etc. Continue making these kind of videos. God Bless you❤🙏
Good evening. Thank you for posting such a nice video. We would like to discuss cooperation matters with you. Already sent you an email. look forward to your reply. May God bless you.
Thank you miss Sheena watching ur videos helps me a lot in passing my interview in applying a Call Center Agent... God bless you po😇 .. inspired kaayo ko sa imua mga video daghan ko nakat-onan ...❤❤😇🙏
Great explanation! Your American accent is quite good. Being born here is not a guarantee to speak properly. There are bilingual people who were born here in the USA and they still do not speak English very well as adults which limits their employability options.
No amount of training would ever do away with my southern accent, its basically built in. I have tried a long time but its built in, like we sound normal to each other but if i talk to someone from new york they can tell its a massive difference. Even if i record myself i sound normal and speak normal English. That be like trying to get a Cajun to speak like a new Yorker its just not gonna happen.
I'm sincerely considering to apply at call center industry. So im basically here to gather as much information as possible to enlightens me more. Thanks a lot!❤️
i spoke to few indian cc agents and they are quite difficult to understand during calls. I understand more Americans no matter how fast they speak. pero obyus din tlg pag pinoy ang kausap ko kht may paaccent sila pag natawag ako sa cc.
I love your videos, you´re amazing I´ve learned a lot by watching your videos, and as a Latin person, it´s hard to leave behind our accent... Hope to improve myself as much as you do XoXo from Mexico
is it possible to be hired kahit po highschool graduate (old curriculum) lang po natapos? :( I'm 19 years old po and gusto ko pong pasukin yung bpo industry..
The problem is am 23 years old and whole my life i was subjected to American english through movies, series and games etc and know i am surprised how horrible my accent is.. Is it possible its gonna change after years of how i was speaking
Absolutely. This video answers that. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jP9wmggDIJ8.htmlsi=C1OWGPIJXfNZy3i9 You'll want to implement the Shadowing techique. In that video, i recommend a paid app but you can also do it without.
Hiii.. dahil sayo ate nandito nako sa BPO mag 5 month's na hehe .. Going to regular na soon, ikaw, Kuya Reneboy yung pinag aaralan. Pero ngayon nagiging Irate nadin hahaha. Financial account so pag may experience ako, maghahanap ako ng ibang account soon hehe
