in the first 4 min of the video, you already helped my turning A LOT!! the difference in getting momentum from your arms going to second and then to first is crazy! i started getting triples (which is really good for me) thank you so much quiner sisters❤️always a lovely inspiration
I love how you spent a good segment of this video going through how to achieve perfect pirouettes but then at the end showed how the reality of doing that is indeed a lot more challenging than simply knowing the technique. 👍 Thank you for being honest and for the range of tips there a few stretches here that I have not tried out before so will definitely be coming back to this video to trail these. ❤
College dancer over here!!! My dept is heavy on dance science and medicine. We have an active physical therapist and athletic trainer. That being said, I have learned that oversplits are not recommended at all and are to NEVER be held more than 30 minutes. Not only do they not improve range of motion (if you can do it you clearly have reached a max) but they known to weaken your hips which can lead to injuries, tears, etc if you do them a lot. Can go down to the knees as well. All of the other stretches shown look good but that one really is over done and isn’t necessary
I've been enjoying your day-in-your-life vids, but THIS is what made me subscribe! Savannah you make a wonderful teacher, thank you. More of these please!
really a good one and with bloopers a very funny one Savannah was way to real and funny, her voice is so cool she should do an audio book about anything just so we could just hear her voice talk about anything in the world she felt like talking about,Michelle was one i enjoyed the most, very helpful,Caroline also very helpful, Ellie, uhhh i dont have long hair ,sooooo yeah can.t do a bun (sorry ).Rachel always seems so poised but bloopers paint a more real Rachel,so much goes into your shoes YIKES !!!😱Cheers and have a safe ,fun october🎃🍁🍂🧡
Does that mean we should do things like school work in the middle splits 😢? (for when Caroline recommended we don't hold a stretch for more than 2 minutes)
Why is it that you divide your hair into two sections for the bun? I did ballet for a few years and I never saw anyone do that before. Is it required by your company or do you just like it better? I just twisted all my hair together into a bun and always wore a net.
OK so I know I can do all these things but when I start telling them I can’t so this was a really great video on all the stuff I need to work on. It really helped me on my terms and everything else because I’m really bad at everything so thank you so much for making this. This is a Video I needed.🤍✨🩶
