Thx a lot for this great Chanel. When I learned to surf back in 2000 in Costa Rica, Santa Theresa, a big strong longboarder gave me the best tip ever: if you want to surf, paddle. Take all your anger, your fears and all the bad things ever happened in your live into your fuXXing arms and paddle ;) works
Love your channel. This is a great video and not just for beginners. I grew up surfing but I am now land locked. I still surf when I visit my home town but it take a session or two to get the paddle arms back to about 50% of what they were when I surfed every day. I will now be paddling in a pool a week or two ahead of my next surf trip to be ready for it. Keep the froth Van Froth.

I’m landlocked. Push-ups and pull-ups have been so helpful. My drill is 10 push-ups then pop up. Repeat. But ultimately I need fun boards and long boards traveling from Colorado.
