I would suggest in the the first set of 10 days, you focus strictly on grooves.
Then on your next set of 10 days, focus on soloing
And on the next set of 10 days focus on both grooves and fills where you do the following phrases:
1) 1 Bar Time 1 bar Fill
2) 2 Bars Time 2 bars Fill
3) 3 Bars Time 1 Bar Fill
4) 7 Bars Time 1 Bar Fill
