@@wolfvision47 I've been using the 24 hour generic patches but I'm sure there are high quality ones out there, just got to search for it. I'm just doing the equate brand because it's a cheaper option. I guess you can use the lozenges but the effects only last a few hours and they may have an addictive quality to them. Since release of nicotine can be quick like a cigarette. The 24 hour patches are slow release and very subtle. I cut mine down in to quarter pieces at the highest dose I sometimes take it off before I go to sleep to make them last longer and I have no withdrawals.

@@dbo3039 Great Idea! Matte tea is wonderful for me, i become more alert and calm because of the theanine. Have you tested drinking with magnesium and how it worked for you?
@dbo3039
@dbo3039 Год назад
@@pedroarrosi6324 Works well with magnesium too. Magnesium I prefer more for tense/body anxiety. Taurine boosts mood the best (due to dopamine synthesis), Theanine works on mind and body but balanced, not too heavy on either side. For a quick boost I use 100mg caffeine pill (or cup of coffee equating to same amount), 50mg Theanine, 1g Taurine, 100mg Magnesium. Double the dosage for a stronger and relaxed kick. Puts you in a good mood, alert and relaxed. The key is to getting the right balance. You don't want to go too heavy on the relaxing compounds as they can sort of dampen alertness/motivation that caffeine gives you but you need enough to take the edge off and keep you relaxed. If you keep using caffeine, eventually your body handles the side effects better without theanine etc...you just have to keep consuming it and your body adjusts. Don't forgot to use a good amount of sugar and fats alongside the caffeine as 'fuel' in a sense. Energy drinks with sugar are good as sugar takes away stress/cortisol response from caffeine (also contain taurine and b vitamins that increase gaba and help social anxiety) but also giving a source of energy itself. Coffee made with full fat milk and sugar is the best way to consume and not feel jittery and anxious.
