Thanks for this invaluable information. Men are reluctant to admit to or talk about their negative sexual health, even to their best friends. This is taking a positive step forward.
I'm 65 and started exogenous testosterone 2 years ago. Will some of these hacks increase libido while on trt? Further interesting on the Zinc issue. I believe I was overdosing on it for a while as my libido crashed and that took me on the trt journey. Prior to that libido was still decent.
This is awesome to know. Also, I can't reccomedn fully body red light therapy treatment enough (not just shining on the nuts). Combined with icing the nuts I feel incredible.
@@rupey4582 I have a biomax 600 that has both the 660nm range and the 850 nm range. But some people suggest that 850nm is damaging to the testicles. Are you suggesting that a fan with curb the heat produced by the 850nm range?
Great video! I have a quick question.. Ecklonia Cava looks like a very interesting vasodilator. It is also known to be a DHT inhibitor online, but is it's DHT inhibiting ability that strong while ingested orally? I like my DHT..
I’m a new subscriber to you channel after watching you on the Mark Bell podcast. I’ve been on many supplements for many years some uncommon /exotic herbs. My question is if I’m consuming approximately 30 plus pills a day is this going to in your opinion lower my GFR? And what negative effect if any will continuous consumption of daily capsule intake have on the kidneys? I’ve also been researching any supplements to strengthen the kidneys. Can you recommend a kidney health protocol? Thank you.
I do not rate Tribulus very highly for increasing total testosterone levels. It does have some very positive effects on brain neurosteroid signalling though.
I wonder if the Uridine Monophosphate would benefit people with adhd. I am in the process of getting diagnosed for adhd myself, and I believe people with adhd not only produce less dopamine, but that there are fewer dopamine receptors or something to that affect. I’m looking to get diagnosed and address it from every angle possible, i.e. adderall or other adhd drugs, cognitive behavioral therapy, natural and lifestyle interventions, lots of quality omega 3, including 1000 mg plus of epa etc. Question, regarding optimizing dopamine for the quicker erections/shortening the refractory period. You list suppressing serotonin. I’ve read that low serotonin is strongly associated with premature ejaculation. Is is possible that high serotonin could interfere with longer refractory periods, but low serotonin could contribute to p.e.?
Best thing to do is be active and keep a body fat percentage under 16-17%. I’d not recommend taking strange supplements to try boost test stick to the basic vitamins and hormonal precursors such as cholesterol found in eggs rather than obscure extracts at your age you could cause damage. The other physical things such as ice therapy would be fine. Eat fruits rich in antioxidants or even supplement with some that shouldn’t hurt. Also please please please get enough sleep you definitely need it. When you’re 16 or 17 (I’d say more 17-18) you could start working out doing compounds movements like squats and bench and weighted pull ups ( work towards that). Eat health as much as you can but do treat yourself every now and again. Definitely get regular exercise as well. Sorry this was so badly written was just riffing what I’d have done as a teen.
Also activity levels can decrease test if you’re doing too much cardio but honestly as a high level swimmer growing up, training with people who then became Olympians I think having a higher activity level as a teen is not a bad thing at all.
@Boost Your Biology So Lucas, taking an allergy med every day can do a lot of harm to erections and testosterone? I found that taking a allergy med with a Cialis, cancelled out the Cialis. So maybe I need to stop the allergy med.
B6 is good for lowering prolactine. A few months ago I tried Dinkov's pansterone and that had a remarkable impact on my erections (I'm over 50) and delaying ejaculation. I'm not too sure about what you say about serotonine and prolactine. I read a study citing the contrary : as serotonine rises, prolactine drops. B6 is supposed to do that.
🤯 *I absolutely LOOOOVE the post-orgasmic oxytocin/prolactin high!!! It makes me feel so much more satisfaction that totally stops the craving of chasing another orgasm!!!*
This + high cholesterol foods + non calorie deficit + lifting + good sleep would be an optimal routine imo.....How long before we can see the effects through?
@@DrChim24 yes it is titled: "Dangerous Supplement (Mucuna Prurience)". But it was made years later (I didn't know at the time I wrote this comment). These experts will say ahwaghanda is the sh*t one year and tell you it is horrible the next. Never be a first mover. I've been punished for this plenty of times including with Mucuna Prurience. If you do decide to use it use low dose and sparingly and use the 15% extract since it got other good alkaloids in it. What ever goes up must come down. Rule number 1
@@beyond_hjaemmetraening Yea, it seems like with all of these supplements there are benefits for like first 3-4 weeks and then things are worse than they were before starting them. None of them seem sustainable.
