my typical one per day meal is 2 grass fed ribeyes with 4-6 eggs, depending on hunger. Sometimes i switch it up with some 50/50 grass fed freshly ground beef or lamb loin rosts.

I use carnitine, creatine, ecdysterone, calcium D-glucarate, cholecalciferol, boron, D-chiro-inositol, Deer Velvet Antler, BPC-157, vit. K2/MK-4 and Lactobacillus reuteri. EDIT: I also use 7-keto-DHEA, trans-resveratrol, L-methylfolate, methylcobalamine, D-aspartic acid, oxandrolone, enclomiphen and a DHT gel.

Bro, I can’t imagine how much that all costs. just cut out the processed foods, refined carbohydrates and inflammatory seed oils and start eating more animal foods. Cholesterol is the building blocks of all hormones. Which is why vegans and sometimes vegetarians usually have some of the poorest hormonal health. Also sun exposure, resistance training, get on a regular sleep schedule

Thanks Lucas ! I believe excessive ejaculation decreases androgen receptors. I can’t prove it but that’s my opinion. On the other hand, semen retention might increase androgens receptivity. Sprint training as well. Good video bro

Brother it is proven! Semen Retention increases testosterone receptors ( especially in the brain - hence the increase in aggression ) and decreases oestrogen receptors, vice-versa when releasing.. It is a gift from God for power...

There are studies that show just that in rats. The more you ejaculate the lower the receptors. I would also add with the loss of reproductive nutrients within the body functionality gets comprised as well.

androgen receptors in general are dependent on androgenic hormones, lower means lower activation and lower density, higher means opposite I.E higher and more densitivity. theres no cap as the body adapts and makes more receptors and signaling.

I am taking a few things for testosterone off and on, but going carnivore has made the biggest change by FAR. I think my testosterone was in the 300’s, I’ve been gradually making changes in my diet, but before starting this diet like 5 months ago it was 500, and now it’s gotta be close to 1,000. Rock hard erections, consistent and prolific hair growth, more vitality, etc. even getting symptoms of really high testosterone like acne, among other things. Sexual health has increased by a TON. I’m almost 40 btw. In case anyone is wondering why the carnivore diet helps raise testosterone so much, look into it. I don’t wanna make my comment too long or I’d explain it.

​@@MochaZillaI can vouche for Selenium. Since I eat 3 brazilian nuts per day which contain 100% of selenoum daily requirement my TSH went down from 13 to 4,3 over the course of 2 years. Don't take supplements. Brazilian nuts are cheaper and natural.

@@MJ-nv2ys I am pretty lean. Last results were 950, so there are some fluctuations. Maybe the Curcumin also increased T by reducing DHT. When I did more cardio, my T was a bit lower, but maybe I also simply didn‘t eat enough fats.

Not sure about forskolin. I know that raises cAMP. But it also raises pde4, which is why I take it with artichoke extract. But the other three definitely do. I have taken or currently take all three

From what I understand, the best ways to improve it are cerebral antioxidants/anti inflammatories like maritime pine bark extract, alcar, alpha lipoic acid, NAC, etc. I haven’t done extensive research on it, but I actually came across this info the other day.

Any indications for the dosage as far as L-carnitine ? I have heard of 3gr oral L-carnitine, issue for me is that beyond 1.5g to 2gr i get side effects in colo-rectal area, similar to as i have eaten very spicy food, it is quite painful for 2 to 3 days, any idea why ?

Difference is injectable you only need 500 mg i believe, whereas oral you need 3 to 5 gr. Injectable might be more costly though.

Pre-workout, take it early in the day as it can make getting to sleep difficult if it is taken too late in the day. Some people consider it to be rather stimulating so it might give you some energy for your workout so that's why I recommend it beforehand. I've taken Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR) for several years, two years daily, recently started cycling it in and out. I take 400-750mg but my typical dose is 500mg.

The number of receptors are the same. Their body makes more way estrogen and way less testosterone which means mostly the estrogen will bind to the receptors. Where is your common sense?

Yes. You can research on "osteoporosis prevention". In short: when you put load on a bone you create micro tears in the bone which will lead to "osteoblast" fill them up with new bone tissue. @@BoostYourBiology yeah somewhat. Pretty common brand in the USA. Thyroid hormone uptake inhibition is a side effect of L-Carnitine. I didn’t notice either until I searched it up on pubmed after getting sub clinical hypo in my blood test
