Sir @Zelendes Yes they stack but the one on the wilderness mask is only 30% i think, the only thing that doesnt work in combination with ANYTHING on the wilderness mask is homing missle mode, that basicly deactivates every perk related to bows and only lets the mask upgrades work. There is a Perk called Multi-Shot which works like an Ability where you kneel on the ground and keep rapid fireing with the bow, this sadly didnt work in combination with the homing mode, was really excited about that but maybe they fix this in a future update who knows.
