This surely is going to work Dr. cause I remember my mother used to mix bhringraj with coconut -oil n we used to apply it on our hair. Thick beautiful silky hair we had back the . ~ Increase volume and density of Hair ~ Reasons:- - Lack of vitamin D - Liver and gallbladder issues: maintain balance of testosterone and estrogen, + liver is reqd for thyroid hormones t3 & t4 which affects hair - Thyroid issues - Lack of iron and/or ferritin - Stress Treatment:- 1. Vitamin D: sun or medicine 2. Herbs: mix bhringraj ( good for liver, hair or gallbladder issues) + Brahmi (good for nervous system or stress issues). Mix in 3:2 ratio. Take 1tsp/ 2 times a day, empty stomach. You can apply it's paste on scalp. 3. Use Mahabhringraj oil. 3/4 times a week
