It's actually because it is megaabits per second instead of Megabytes per second as 1 8 megabits = 1 megabyte so basically 150 ÷ 8 = 18.5 something so the real speed is between 15 to 20 MBPS

why my speedtest on mobile is capped on 100mbps? while my plan can go to 400mbps. no problem with pc with lan cable it can reach 400 but on mobile phone android or iphone it can only get around 60-70
