Brisket is my favorite food. I used the prime injection for the first time. By far the best tasting flat I have ever had. Wish I would have experimented with this stuff 10 years ago when I first started smoking. I was scared it would have a chemical taste, but really just kept the flat perfectly moist and tender
Thank you for your comment. My thoughts and yours are exactly why they make salt and they make pepper. Two different spices that are liked. Just may be for each other.
