You can write the same ORI that's mentioned on this video. It is the same for all. If you order your fingerprint cards from Texas BON it will already be printed on the cards.

Any idea if we can leave the signature of official taking fingerprints blank? If we are doing it by ourselves and not at a police station?

Google it It depends on the state, it doesn't change. The one he used is for Texas

Yes you do have to mail the card. Be extra careful when putting your thumbprint

@@Nwaobijude Thank you ! Today I inked the card myself and sent it out by mail to Brentwood TN. I was wondering whether it will meet the requirement of IdentoGo without a signature of official. I wasn't able to find any agencies to help me do it near me and also I wasn't even able to get out my apartment due to the crazy quarantine policy here in China.
