In this video, I show you how to create some space between your narration and the beginning of your podcast so that you can have room for your intro music. This is done by right clicking on the narration timeline and selecting "Insert gap clip". This will insert a 1 second gap or 1 second of dead space that will give you room to play intro music before you begin your narration. Once the gap click is created you can edit it to make it longer if you want to add more time than the default 1 second.
