Hello. Here are some other things you can try. 1. Try doing a force quit for Excel and any other applications you have running by going to Activity Monitor which you can find by using Spotlight or you can go to Applications > Utilities. Look for Microsoft Excel in the list of processes. Select Excel and click on the "X" button in the top left corner of the Activity Monitor window to force quit it. 2. Adjust Excel Preferences by doing the following: Open Excel. Go to Excel menu > Preferences > General. Reduce the number of Undo levels and AutoRecover intervals if they are set too high. 3. I would do a scan for viruses and malware to see if there is anything that got on your computer that is using up all of your resources. 4. Double check to see how much disk space you have. You want to make sure you have enough free space for your mac to use as virtual memory. 5. Back in the day when I was supporting Macs I would often reset the SMC and PRAM/NVRAM. If you are running a MacBook with a T2 Chip, this is done by shutting it down. Then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. For other MacBooks this is done by shutting down, then press and hold command, control, option and the power button all together at the same time for 10 seconds. This was always fun. I felt like I needed 3 or 4 ands to do all of this. It was like playing twister with my fingers. 6. You could go into terminal by going to Applications - Utilities. Type sudo purge and press enter. You will be prompted for your password. This is going to seem kind of weird in that you won't see any typing when you enter it, but the system is taking your input. Press enter after you are done inputting your password. This is the way to purge inactive memory with terminal. If you are still not getting any results, you may want to reach out to Apple Support to see if they can help you troubleshoot what is happening.

Yes, you could do it with Podia, however you will probably run into issues doing what you want with marketing each tool with the free plan in Podia. Gosh!!!! you made my day. Since I deleted my audio files after uploading and realised I needed it, I was looking for a way out to download the OG file if my episodes. This helped me do it.....thanku so much.

Bro you saved my life. I'm doing it the second time. After doing it for the first time like a month ago i didnt have this issue untill couple of days ago when this force quit thing started to pop up again, this time it wasn't 10-20 times a day, like it was before I was your video, but I stll repeated these instructions. So note if you want your mac run smooth, just do it once a month. THANK YOU so much again!

However, I did meet requirements for the Advanced Features. I don’ t know if advanced features also allows intermediate features without phone verification.
@@VincentGranbois It is kind of strange that you got verified without any phone verification, but I'd look at it as a positive... It's a good thing. If RU-vid wants to give you all of the features for intermediate and advanced without verification that is awesome. I'm wondering if it's because you have over 2000 videos. I just had a chat with Google Gemini and it said there's a good chance your channel was verified without a phone number due to the age of your channel and your upload history. It's saying that your channel may have gotten the verification because of two things: 1. RU-vid has recognized it as a trustworthy channel because of the longer history and substantial number of videos. 2. Because you have had the consistent uploads and no violations RU-vid is seeing you as someone who isn't going to be spamming or engaging in malicious activities. I understand being worried and wanting to know for sure. If you really want to double check all of this you can reach out to Creator Support by doing the following: - Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select "Help". - Towards the bottom of the panel that opens up there is an option for "Contact us". Click on that. - There will be form that opens up that you will need to fill out. The drop down for the "I need help with my RU-vid" only has two options. I'd just pick the first option, "Memberships," and in the "Tell us what we can help with:" I'd enter something like "My channel has intermediate features, but I never went through verification.". Then select Next and click on "Other". - I would select Next step again. I got to a point where I had an option to select to get help with a Chat, less than a minute wait at the time or to use Email. I would try that if you would like to get reassured with everything being okay with your verification.

You have a great point. That would have been helpful to include. There are a ways of increasing the file size limit on the free version of the All-in-One Migration plugin. I haven't done a video on how to do this, but there are other creators who have videos showing how to do this.
When the window option appears, the "add volume keyframe" doesn't appear. Then what? I have tried every RU-vid training on Descript and I can't find how to lower the volume of the music so that it does't over power my voice. It's just not an option. Any other tips?

Thank you so much for posting this. I am fairly computer literate and could not figure this out. I booted my system in safe mode and deleted all the ost files which did not work. Your solution is so simple. WHY doesn’t Microsoft have this on their site. They should pay you!
You are so very welcome. I am right there with you as far as being fairly computer literate, but there is still SO MUCH I don't know. I agree that this solution should be easier to find on Microsoft's website. I believe I first learned about this YEARS ago when I was doing IT Support and as I was struggling with this same issue again I was like... wasn't there a way to deal with this.... Oh yeah, I'm pretty sure if I start Outlook up in Safe Mode it will take care of this. I am glad this helped.
I don't know if it's possible to enable the features without a phone number. You might try looking around for other videos to see if anyone else has figured that one out.
