For an introvert like myself who also has a great desire to lead my team to succeed on accord of their own satisfaction and willingness, I struggle with spreading my energy and excitement in every milestone. The content of your speech will help me delevop a self-evaluation assessment that will help me nurture my strengths as a leader and find techniques to make them flourish. Another goal will be identifying my weaknesses as a leader so that I am mindful if I ever have to "navigate those waters". At least I'll be prepared to incorporate some of my greater virtues.
