Hey man! Great video. I was able to set up the camera just as you did, but I find no way to switch it over to WiFi instead of SIM card. Do you know how to do that?
Yeah, when trying to scan the QR code, click on can't find the QR on the device. Choose wifi smart camera and click on AP hotspot connection and on your phone wifi, then connet it with your external wifi and the camera.
Hi Sir sorry to bother you again. Can you please help me I want that alarm say like a bell tone goes off on my cellphone if there is an intruder or what else. I only get the notification that is in order but not an other tune. I try everything but it does not work can you please tell me how must I do the settings for an alarm to go off on my cellphone not only a notification. Thank you in advance. My camera is same as yours. The Red light of my camera blink twice and stay on for about 40secs then the red light goes off for about 40secs and comes back. What might be the cause please
Hello sir, i have a v380 pro camera with sim. Since i set no pin for the sim card, i have got the green light showing up, but still cant see camera image...what could be the problem? I bought same camera yesterday but it show me device offline then I shared hotspot from my mobile but not worked Can I buy signal device for it to put sim in device and then device will share signal to camera or shoud I put direct sim near SD card pocket I think here is no option of sim card but only memory card

Can I charge the camera with electricity with the USB cable while the camera is turned off...??? Or do I have to turn on the camera and charge it while the power is turned on...?? Which is the correct way...???

Hi Sir we want to thank you for always be there to give help or advise. After so many tries we got the camera working. There is one thing that we want you to help us with. We put customerized voice recording but it when the camera detect something the voice recording repeat four times that can be very irritating. The voice recording also went off for the dogs. Is it possible that there is a way that the voice recording only repeat once

My challenge is that my camera just blinks red even when the SIM has data so the camera stays offline after adding. I tried to configure the APN manually but it still failed. What could be the problem?
@kingITTech-mt2tp thank you. I've tried but still no luck, maybe there is something I'm missing. What I'm picking from your video is that your camera connects automatically but mine doesn't even with a different network provider
@@noganoga3401 Before you can connect the camera, make sure the red blinking light change to steady blue or light green in this particular camera. If you on the camera, press and hold the reset button. Make sure you use the best network provider in that area and also subscribe enough monthly data, not weekly data, Facebook data, Whatsapp data and so on. Subscribe a normal data, you can use to do all things.
@@kingITTech-mt2tp i have the v360 pro, the solution is to remove the piece of rubber below the camera and turn the camera on, there is a small button there.
Mine doesn't show any blinking green light. But I can feel the charger very warm meaning charging. The charger became cold after several hours of charging.
Make sure you create a password starting with capital letter, contains number or signs. Example: Daniel504, Musinguzi.com. Include signs like @#$&+-"*:'!?
Remove the SIM card and insert it in your phone. Check your data balance, check if the SIM card can make calls or browse internet. If the SIM card can make calls and browse, insert it back to the camera. Power on the camera, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to reset the camera. Then setup the camera at fresh.🤝

Charge the camera on electricity for 8 hours and try again. If the problem not solve, get another 4G SIM card from another network provider, subscribe it and insert it to the camera. Try it with Glo SIM, Airtel SIM, MTN SIM or 9mobile. Check the network that is more active around the place and get the SIM card.
