I'm curious.....I have the traditional 5 blade ceiling fans....while this new style looks really nice, how do you clean the blades? I need to wipe my down every month because they are dust magnets and I only see these enclosed fans need to be dismantled to clean? How do you clean them?
I’m a female senior who wants to install my Banda Rose 22” ceiling fan. I took down the existing very heavy fan and only two wires show. The old fan was a fan with a light sooo I’m confused right out of the gate🤦🏼♀️. Should I look up in the box❓ Also, I’m going to purchase a decorative ring for my fan. It’s amazing how it upgraded the look. Thanks.
Adam coming in with that ‘real talk’ explanation - ‘white to white, black to black - are they using the red wire? I don’t know!’ We’ve all been there haha
@@JenWoodhouse1 You do realize electricians use different color coding right? Green or bare wire is universally ground wire. The other colors change depending on high voltage (typically ac) or low voltage (typically dc). He said it right. Color doesn't matter if you know what you are doing. AC means your neutral and hot are interchangeable.
Are you talking about the two switch leg that are probably going to be in there? one for the light and one for the fan. And that white wire is your neutral. Sending the extra load back to the panel. You were right about the ground though. It’s either bare copper or green.
