How do you know when the comb needs to be replaced? I have installed a new blade and my clippers still won't cut. Could it be the comb causing it not to cut?
I use the spitfire cutter and if debris builds up under it the cutting efficiency lessens. You would then tend to screw more tension to the comb. Continued use would damage the comb and worse yet, burn out the armature. I replaced an armature on a Oster Shearmater due to this.
Please redo this in High Definition so we newbie purchasers of your cutters can CLEARLY see what you are do. Also your manual booklet illustration do not tell me the same instructions that I see here. Which is correct?
