It’s so you don’t strip the screw but you can use the power tool just don’t crank it

I have a slip on rubber door sweep I bought from LOWES, not satisfied, bought it summer, it was tight, then after 3 months, it slips off and is loose b/c of the colder weather , how can I fix it? thanks

These flat sweeps are typically for residential use and installed on interior side. For the sweeps that are more for industrial use and have a 90° flange which go around the bottom of door, one installs these type of sweeps on the pull side of door. When installing these industrial sweeps to exterior side of door, may want to consider a sweep with a drip cap.
