I have learned the hard way boy I had the deepest cut on my finger ever had and the bleeding could not stop for a while. Ironically I had difficulty putting the blade in plus what I was trying to shave it made little to no contact with my skin to my face. Unfortunately that’s why I never went back to you guys. I really want to try you guys again because I really want to experience the best shave but no one helped me

I use a leather strop with theses blades after 2-3 shaves-I’m getting 10-12 shaves per blade total- it seems these expensive razors could fly off the shelf if the head was compatible with other injector type blades which are sharper…there’s always a work-around guys

reminds me of my GEM razors - I'll probably just stick with them - ps the GEM blades have the added bonus of a protector on the dull side to very easy to handle!

Does it matter which side the razor is as long as the sharp end is inserted first?

Can't say we've had that question before! If you place the razor handle face-down and push the base of the handle up against the back corner of your bathroom countertop it should be doable, though a little tricky...

I just received my Hybrid razor a few days ago. I am really concerned about the rattle (movement) of the blades. If you shake the razor around by waving your hand around, the blade moves and makes a rattling sound (metal against metal). I don't think this is right. I feel I'll have to send my razor back. Can you tell me what to do? Is this normal?

Great question! Only single-edge Feather FHS-10 blades fit in OneBlade razors. In fact, the razor head was designed exclusively around that particular blade. We offer them at $29 for 30 blades, or $21 with free shipping when you sign up for a refill plan.

You move it from side to side then get hold of the centre bit (the rounded part) then once one side is loose keep moving it from side to side until the blade simply slides out. Only got mine this week and cut the tip of my finger badly the first time because I went to slide it in the wrong way :( The wound is still healing. Make sure to be careful and less careless than me! I am now good at installing an removing blades but make sure to pay very close attention to the instructions and everything you are doing so that you don't make the same mistake as me!

Requiring the user to push a razor blade in to its holder constitutes a serious design flaw. An accident waiting to happen. The designers should never have designed the razor such that there is a 50/50 chance of getting the blunt and razor sharp edges confused. Murphy's Law.
