Do you recommend painting the metal parts or rust treating in any way? They looked like bare metal.

looks great but I can't see any room to route the exhausts unless you elect to use a side-exit forward of the rear wheels

If you're doing this then you might as well sandblast the bottom and clean it all up. What good is all of this gonna do when the car is rusting through five or ten years from now? A little more work in 2013 would save you a lot of work in 2018 or a whole freaking lot of work in 2023.

Those studs should be pre installed by heating up the casing and using ice cold studs, so when it cools there in there tight.

I would prefer if the brake disc was at the wheel instead of the differential housing. better to show off your colored brake calipers through your wheels

Should paint that underbody befor putting all that new stuff under it.
