I love the system you have built here. I only have one question, why can I not save this video to one of my playlist so I can retrieve it easily when I am ready to incorporate something similar into my shop?
It's a delight watching your videos. I have brought the plans to make it, but not yet started working on it. What I like in your videos is the clarity of purpose and the precision.
As always, a great pleasure to watch your videos. Nice work and great idea with that hinge. I love your shop and your workbench and in-shop made tools. That's what I call a craftsmanship. Keep up the good work!
Without question or fear of contradiction that is the most amazing workbench I have ever seen. You are… a genius my friend. Do you have a background career in this type of work?
I love all your builds, and this is a very well thought out workbench, but man... I could not take the time to build something that amazing and make cuts in it with the track saw or something else. Mistakes happen, but I'd have to have a backer board underneath or something...
Subscribed and been saving your videos. You are to wood what I am to metal. Retiring end of February, setting up a woodshop to combine metal and wood. Your videos are intuitive and edited very well. 👍
How I see it, your new system makes it faster and easier to cut multiple pieces of wood, but your old system was easier to setup. Simply insert the guiderail and insert the front piece and ready to saw. Thanks for sharing! I might add this height-adjustable fence with T-track to my workbench.
Love this bench, especially the "overhang" at the short edges. I have a similar solution myself but I see now that I can have a bigger overhang. Also got a few other ideas to include from your video as well :D
What did you do to the t track that allows you to remove the front guide support from the middle of the bench? It appears you have t track across the whole face of the bench but saw you install and remove the guide support from the center.
Holly Cow Batman! Yours is the most well-built and versatile work bench I've ever seen! I just wish I had the space for something so large. If I did, I'd definitely be purchasing the plans. 👍👍👍
I would love to have this work bench. Problem is I would spend 2 years trying to build it and it still wouldn't be anywhere near the quality of craftsmanship of yours. Great job
hello, can you please tell me the dimensions of the workbench, length, width, height? I am currently planning my workshop in sketchup and would like to know how much space I have left if I rebuild your workbench
What's the exact name of those rail clamps? Are that the small t-tracks or the large (rockler like) t-tracks? I have the bigger Rockler like t-tracks and i'm desperatly searching for compatible clamps in the same form like mft clamps or matchfit clamps.
I purchased your plans months ago and designed the top around these brackets. I also made it slightly wider and longer. Cost of materials are holding me back for a while. It's probably cheaper to build it out of hardwood at this point. I'd love to get your opinion on it of you would. Perhaps I can send you the file?
This bench is amazing and clever! I want one so bad! Question on that side t-track and clamps. It looks like typical t track but what clamp are you using to fit in them?
Extraordinary, Suso! Your engineering skills are rivaled only by your craftsmanship. I can scarcely imagine what it must be like to work in such an incredible workshop… those fixtures, jigs, and shop-made machines are all just phenomenal. What do you actually *make* in that workshop (apart from those amazing benches, storage, mobile tool benches, and shop-made machines)? I’m sure I speak for many of your viewers when I say I’d love to see some of the finished projects you’ve produced in that wonderful shop. Maybe you could do a video (or even a series) in which you build a piece of furniture (or whatever type of project you normally make) using all the awesome elements of your shop. I can’t tell you how much I enjoy your videos. ❤️
Here we go again! Your workmanship is unmatched. The addition of the rail hinge is a great idea. The Dashboard version is definitely the one to go with. I would love to own one, but will probably be building a diy model in lieu of funds. Excellent work, as always! Always inspiring for mere mortal woodworkers!
