It never ends. 😀 It's joy watching your vids. First I'm think the doing the same exhaust but can't because I'm in-between jobs. Second, when my Aero 2.0T reaches 300k, I'm going to get an engine rebuild. My sweet spot for this model it's about 350HP and just the FWD will do. Oh and a LSD and a longer final drive for the 300km/h mark. 😅 Third, slap a supercharger along that turbo like Maptune did. 😁

I have a 2009 Aero Convertible with twin exhausts, you have convinced me to upgrade to the same Maptun, I was concerned it may drone but your comment that it doesn’t is really great news.
Great video! Really enjoy them. I have a question. Is there any way you have coilovers for saab 9-5 02-06 for sale or if you are able to fabricate some and sell? Ive checked your video on it but the welding and grinding part is not my strongest card. The only way to get coils for those cars are either custom modify the cheapet ones for 98-01 9-5 or buy super expensive ones made for 02-06 chassi. (About 1500$) Also i am from sweden so if you are selling some coils or can make ones fit my 04 9-5 that would be amazing. Thanks!
Looks awesome! Got this on my pre-facelift convertible with the downpipe and the Hirsch-style diffuser which was a proper pain in the a** to fit 😂 I’m considering taking the resonator out though. What do you think?
Hi, I'm thinking about installing this exhaust in my car too. Im just wondering is there any point of doing that if I have 93 2010, 1.9 TiD 150hp, Will it change the sound a bit ? How do you think ? Is it a worth ?
@@JonasKakarikas You mean this specific Maptun exhaust ? or any other exhaust ? I just want to make it to install the diffuser like you did 2-3 years ago.
Hi Jonas! Thank you for the wonderful video. I really enjoyed it. I'm also planning to replace the stock rear mufflers and tips with custom ones and I'm hoping that it will sound just as good as these from Maptun. I really like the burbles they produce! That's so cool! One question to you, don't you think it will be better if you only delete the mid muffler / resonator instead of the catalytic converter? I think this way it will have a great sound and the emissions will not be high without it.
@@JonasKakarikas What is your opinion over the myth that if you remove the mufflers or replace them with custom ones, then there will be engine checks on the dashboard and the engine will not be running normal as expected and it will become asynchronic due to the changed exhaust system which was precisely engineered when the car was built? I watched videos like these in youtube and was very frustrated because next week I'll be modifying my mufflers and tips, as I mentioned in my previous comment. So I wanted to ask for your opinion, as a professional. Should a custom tune will be required after the installation or I don't have to worry about that? I just want to have a better sound and improved visuals.
Nothing will happen, no check engine lights. Only if you install a bigger downpipe or remove the catalytic converter... Things that are close to the lambda sensors.
