I like to admit when I am wrong. People do need to know about this type of installation. I was resisting to film this video, and I bet that no one would watch it, especially because RU-vid is saturated with wannabe electricians.. But I was wrong... organically we just surpassed 1,000 views in this short period of time... yes, I was wrong.

hey! i have this exact timer and i have it set to automatically start at 10 am and stop at 7 pm. the only issue i have is that when i want to go into the pool at 8 pm and i turn the switch to on it only runs the pump for about 10 minutes and then it shuts off. can you explain how to fix this? thanks
Pull the yellow wheel out and move it a few hours forward, when you come out of the pool, put it back at the right time and manually turn it off. You are manually doing it anyway!
Drice Walker read our response to you and did not like it at all! He said that being ironic was a dick move! I am sorry for that… I thought I was being clever and funny.. Drice gave me a better answer to post here: “The right solution for this problem is to change the times that the timer switches your device off to a later time, at your desired schedule. Use the pegs on the wheel to affix them at the desired times on and off. Make sure your timer is also set to the correct time so everything works smoothly… Sorry for the smart ass answer that the staff gave you last time…”
some models came with defective pegs…. the off and on were switched, have the pegs switched for on and off and your problem is solved…make sure they work as intended… and the time is set right on the timer… this is failproof if you have one of those with the defective pegs!
