Thanks, this was helpful! Worth noting that you had already removed the seat. I needed a 6mm hex key to do so. There's also a cover over the mechanical area which just clips on.

Thanks for the video. Just bought a refurb’d Aeron Classic. No levers on the left-hand side:/ To add the upgrade shown in the video, is it as simple as buying the parts shown in the video + install? Or are you just replacing a defective tilt-lock with a new one? Essentially, are the internals for this upgrade already inside?

Unfortunately you can’t. You have to call your local Herman Miller authorized dealer, which can be found on Herman Millers website. Or else you can buy authentic ones on eBay or Amazon for around $40
