How To Install a Tusk Plug and Play UTV Signal & Horn Kit on a Can-Am Commander

I just purchased and installed this kit on a Rzr turbo r4. A very high quality product that was easy to install. However I have no rear turn signals. I have replaced the toggle switch, both relays and the flasher relay with no luck. Can you point me in the correct direction to resolve this?
