Bro thank you so much, no cap you saved the day. My missus was telling me to sleep outside. I used two coins (I didn’t have a spanner/wrench) and all of my strength to open up the bolts. From there it was like taking candy from a baby🎉

Interesting tip worth knowing about washer/dryer combos: if you put too many clothes in the machine on the drying cycle which causes the heating element to trip, all you have to do is remove the top panel of the machine (normally a thin panel of wood) and look for a couple of square "push switches", press both, and this will reset the trip

I had a Hoover Perfoma, and it was at least 25 years old. It started to make a lot of noise so I gave it to my friend for scrap. I have just bought this exact model as yours. I actually thought there was something wrong with it, as I couldn't believe how long the spin lasted until I watched your video. Thanks.

Thank you sir. Just installed a washing machine on my own. I am so chuffed with myself 😁 40yo female with no prior experience. Those tools that my dad gave me years ago, came in handy. But I just just a standard keys.. small spanners. Don’t know what they are called. Just run a short cycle and there are no leaks and it looks so be working just fine. 💪🏼💪🏼

When trying to slide the machine into a recess on a laminate or vinyl floor smear some washing up liquid near the feet and it slides in much easier. Sounds crazy but it works. One other thing to be careful of is the waste water in the sink is higher than the height of washing machine waste pipe. If you have a slow draining kitchen sink (or a partially blocked u-bend) there is a risk of the dishwater backing up into the waste pipe of the washing machine. Keep the waste hose as high as possible - I have mine hooked to the underside of the worktop

My washing machine is on its way to me, this video helped me a lot to understand how to do installing properly. Other videos on RU-vid are just rubbish imo.

Watched this video on two occasions now as I'll be installing one for my brother. You explain things that even a common man can do..

Just a thought about moving appliances around a kitchen: the feet might damage a vinyl floor for example and I find a piece of hardboard shiny side down is great for sliding things around.

Thank you very much, Samsung's instructions on installing the drainage pipe connected to the sink was not clear at all. I never would have guessed it would have to be sawed off and require a Jubilee clip - something else I'll now have to go buy but looks like it'll be ready to go very soon!

I watch many of your videos out of curiosity... because I'm in Canada and things are quite a bit different here from there. Like your washing machines. Compared to yours, ours are huge. The ones that are in our rental apartment, for instance, is a top-loader that can wash our biggest blanket without trouble... it's an oversized queen sized heavy fleece/mink style. We also have dryers to make our lives easier. I don't know about you, but hanging clothes on a line in -40C temperatures is not my idea of a good time. By the way, I also really enjoy learning things from you. You have an excellent way of explaining things so that a novice can understand. Thank you for that.

Thanks, just trying to install one for my daughter. Why do they make the drumhholding bolts so tight? Small adjustable spanner was no good, had to get a socket set. Then major problem getting the washer combi off the polystyrene base, had to get my weight-lifter son to help. Then could not get the pipes and power cable through to the undersink cupboard. All this in a tiny kitchen. Will finish tomorrow, large glass of wine now.

When fitting under the sink, don’t you have to make sure the machine waste pipe loops higher than the sink overflow to avoid sink waste water going into the machine?

My cold water under sink does not have that fitting it is a screw on the pipe. ,unsure how to connect ,every video i watch shows with blue tap and a fitting ,so im totally confused ,trying to work mine out . Good ,quick and easy with the standard fitting video thou .

A dishwasher will be replaced with a washing machine. Am I correct to assume that the hot/cold water and waste hose hookups should work also for the washing machine?

Same washing machine here in Australia but never any water connections on the back. The water feed pipe is connected directly inside the machine and the other end connects on to the mains water via an electrical solenoid right at the end of the hose rather than inside the machine as with a UK version. This is to prevent any water inside the hose going back into the mains water.

My waste goes into the the spout on the trap. However, there is constant water build up in the drum. I have to spin to drain but then it stinks and its dirty. I cleaned the p-trap and extension tubes as it was clogged. But still get water into the drum?

I’ve installed mine exactly the same way but it still seems to have a little drop on the cold water pipe under inside the sink even tho I done it as tight as I can by hand. Any ideas would be very helpful?

What do I do if I removed the rubber but the white part didn't want to come out and it fell inside the machine??? Cause it was stuck
