What we meant was the installation of the ballast and bulb (i.e. the plug connections and bulb installation into the housing) would be identical to as shown in the video. Although we have not yet gotten our hands on a previous model TSX, most of our knowledge is from trial and error. I would assume you should be able to access the fogs from under the vehicle, or through the wheel well. We hope this is helpful!

Looks like based on how he repositioned the bulb as he was locking it in place the LED bulbs would be at the 3 and 9 o clock position

No, we have listed your lows would use a factory HID, and the fogs are a H11 halogen. The product linked in the description is compatible with your fogs only.

Are you referring to the entire housing? If so, unfortunately, we do not sell the housing assembly. However, once you do have a replaced fog assembly, you can purchase the kit linked in the description in order to upgrade the fogs to LED.

Due to the fact that we did not remove the entire housing for this particular vehicle we cannot say for certain, but I imagine you would need to remove the bumper.
