@@r125-o3o I am being charged monthly but I think I can’t cancel the subscription before the year ends or I will have to pay a cancelation fee. So yeah, annual plan with monthly payments of 19.99

If you provide a school-issued email address during purchase you are instantly verified... Thats from Adobe directly... So no issue

it works like a normal subscription, you can read their terms when you view the student plan on their website

You can pay monthly but you are entering a 1 year contract. If you cancel they are going to want a lump sum payment

It depends on your institution. You need a license to use the product. I'd check in first with your department, then possibly look beyond the department for potential licenses on campus. Hopefully. your institution has/will provide them for students.
