How to install Altstore on Windows 7 and 8 (fix The procedure entry point IsWow64Process2 error)

1. go to altstore.io/
2. click on windows (Beta) & also note it says Requires Windows 10 & this is the reason why you cannot run it on windows 7 and 8
3. extract and install the app
4. now go to mh-nexus.de/en...
5. download & install the Hex Editor from here
6. make sure to RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR & click on Open
7. now head over to Program Files (x86) then select AltServer folder
8. search / find / type in 'Process2' & hit ok
9. now replace the number '32' with '00' & click on Save & then yes
10. now run the AltServer app & voila
ps : you need to install iTunes & iCloud Drive app as well & make sure your iPhone shows up in the iTunes app as Connected

When i try to write 00 it shows me an error, it says cannot open file c:// .............. access is denied

U deleted the numbers ur not supposed to do that ur supposed to replace it with two 00 I made the same mistake you have to go on the set up again and press fix alt server after that you go on the Hxd 64 run it as administrator and then press open on the top left corner find and select alt server now on the top press search find write process2 and then u wanna replace the numbers 32 with 00 hope this helped

It's because you can't close the HxD program before you run the AltServer or it won't save your changes

It’s not shown on windows explorer, you have to: Run HxD as administrator Do Ctrl + F Type in the search box “process2” Then find the number 32, highlight it, replace the number with “00” Hit Ctrl + S to save it and then it should work.

Holy hell that works af .... if it doesn’t then keep the editor open after saving it. I installed a vm on my win 8.1 laptop and installed win 10 i was successful but it was always saying could not find alt server etc etc but its good to find that I don’t necessarily need windows 10 and that laggy vm

you are welcome. download ipa file from ios ninja or other website then enter altstore tap myapp then tap plus icon find your ipa file and click it while you are doing this your iphone must be connected to pc
