What gauge aluminum are you using? Do you have a preferred supplier for the aluminum sheets? Seems you are "floating" the siding but still using adhesive for the parameter of the panels?
We use .040 or .050. Diamond plate is .063. And yes, we float the walls as they tend to flex with the temp more. And the adhesive is actually a flexible RV sealant. It helps hold it in place but also does not harden fully.
